Product Description

This solar-powered integrated wastewater treatment system is specially designed for small-scale decentralized domestic sewage treatment, combining equalization, biological treatment, and membrane filtration (MBR) in a compact unit. The main body is constructed from carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating and welded fabrication, providing high structural strength, excellent sealing, and long-term reliable operation. Its compact design allows flexible installation in areas without grid power or with unstable electricity supply.
The system is powered by a solar photovoltaic array, reducing energy consumption and operating costs, and is equipped with an intelligent control system for automated operation and remote monitoring.
In terms of process, the system adopts an “Anoxic + Aerobic + MBR” configuration, delivering stable effluent quality and strong resistance to load fluctuations. For long-term reliable performance, it is recommended to install a three-chamber septic tank upstream as a pretreatment unit. This removes large solids and reduces organic load through sedimentation and anaerobic digestion, minimizing membrane fouling and extending service life.
The equipment is delivered as a fully welded integrated unit, requiring only foundation placement and pipeline connection on-site, making installation simple and efficient. It is ideal for households, villas, and small communities, offering a practical solution for on-site wastewater treatment and water reuse.

07 Solar Panels
The integrated MBR sewage treatment system efficiently treats domestic wastewater through a combination of biological treatment and membrane separation. Its main working process is as follows:
1. Equalization Tank
Wastewater first enters the equalization tank to balance flow fluctuations and homogenize water quality. This ensures stable operation of downstream units, improves treatment efficiency, and reduces equipment stress.
2. Anoxic Tank
The equalized water flows into the anoxic tank for denitrification. Under low-oxygen conditions, nitrates are converted into nitrogen gas, reducing nitrogen levels in the water and minimizing eutrophication risks.
3. Aerobic Tank
Next, the water enters the aerobic tank, where oxygen is supplied to support biological degradation of organic matter and nitrification. Microorganisms in the activated sludge break down organic pollutants and convert ammonia nitrogen into nitrate, providing stable conditions for the subsequent MBR treatment.
4. MBR Membrane Zone
After biological treatment, water enters the MBR unit, a membrane bioreactor that combines activated sludge treatment with fine membrane filtration. This process efficiently achieves solid-liquid separation, removes suspended solids, bacteria, and most microorganisms, producing high-quality effluent suitable for discharge or reuse.
5. Disinfection Tank
Finally, the water flows into the disinfection tank for final sterilization, removing residual pathogens and ensuring water safety for discharge or reuse.
6. Energy Supply
The system can be equipped with solar panels for energy-efficient operation, particularly suitable for remote or off-grid locations.
Installing a septic tank at the front end of the system can remove large solids and reduce organic load, prolonging equipment life and reducing maintenance frequency.
Applications
This system is widely used in rural households, villas, small communities, resorts, campsites, and remote areas where centralized sewage networks are unavailable or power supply is limited. It is an ideal solution for decentralized wastewater treatment and water reuse.
