Product Overview

The integrated domestic wastewater treatment system is a modular biological wastewater treatment solution. According to installation methods, it can be designed as underground, semi-underground, or above-ground systems. Based on material selection, carbon steel, FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), or stainless steel structures are available. Treatment processes can be customized using A/O, A²/O, MBR, MBBR, or combined processes.
Based on the customer’s wastewater characteristics, treatment capacity, and discharge or reuse standards, we design and manufacture tailor-made treatment solutions to ensure stable and compliant effluent quality.
The system is based on the biological contact oxidation process. Wastewater is treated sequentially through anaerobic tanks, anoxic tanks, aerobic tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks or MBR membrane tanks, and disinfection tanks. The treated effluent meets discharge or reuse standards, with operating costs as low as USD 0.07 per ton of water.

Process Flow

1. Wastewater passes through a bar screen to remove large debris;
2. Flow enters the equalization tank to balance water quantity and quality;
3. A submersible lift pump controlled by a level sensor transfers wastewater to the integrated treatment unit:
· Hydrolysis-Acidification Tank: anaerobic fermentation to improve biodegradability
· Contact Oxidation Tank: biological degradation of organic pollutants
· Sludge Sedimentation Tank: settling of detached biofilm and inorganic particles
· Clear Water Disinfection Tank: chlorine dioxide contact disinfection
4. Treated water is discharged by gravity or reused as required.
