Product Description

The container house is built with a galvanized steel main frame with a profile thickness of 2.5-3.0 mm, reinforced by top and bottom beam structures for enhanced stability. The unit is equipped with an integrated drainage system to prevent water accumulation. Optional floor insulation or underfloor heating can be added to suit different climates. Both exterior appearance and interior layout can be customized to meet various project requirements.

Product Features

Reinforced Main Frame Structure

The main frame is made of 2.0–3.0 mm thick steel profiles with high-density, large-section bottom beams for strong load-bearing performance. Optional floor insulation or underfloor heating is available to suit different climate conditions.

Anti-Corrosion Coating & Multi-Layer Insulated Walls

Built with 150 g/m² galvanized steel for corrosion resistance and finished with fluorocarbon coating using a two-primer and two-topcoat process, comparable to automotive-grade painting standards. Extra-thick steel panels combined with high-density fire-resistant insulation create a multi-layer wall system for superior thermal and weather resistance.
